First lessons can sometimes be a little bit awkward for the student. You’re sometimes nervous and not sure what to expect, especially if you play a bit already! We won’t know each other and I don’t like to waste your money getting to know each other, that’s why the free trail is perfect! With the free trail we can assess;
1) Where you’re at. If you’re a complete beginer we can get started on a few simple riffs, or if you alreadly play we can assess about what you already know so we can maximise your learning time.
2) What you want to achieve. Do you have a certain song you want to learn? Work on your Blues soloing? Just want to improve your guitar playing? Here we can talk about what you want to get from your lessons!
3) How we are going to get there. Once we’ve decided what you want to achieve we need to plan how we will get there, so all your lessons going forward can be tailored towards your goal!
4) My teaching style. I take a felxible approach to teaching, I believe practise and hardwork is important but I understand life sometimes gets in the way. In the trail you can see how I work and get over those first lesson nerves before you pay for your first lessons!
5) Answer any questions you may have. I try to answer any possibly questions on my website, but I can’t cover everthing! The trial is a great place to discuss any questions you may have!
After your free trial, I will email you to give you a summary of what I believe the best approach for your lessons will be, then it’ll be up to you whether you want to pick up lessons! There isn’t any pressure to pick up after the trail!
